No More Diapers!!!!!!

Hooray! Madison is Potty trained! We started last Teusday and she has done so well! It took her a few days to get the hang of it, but we just stayed in and did a lot of potty time and practice -and lets face it, used a few bribes (candy and playing at the park) Now, a week later she went all day with no accidents, not even a little one! She wears "big girl" panties all day and uses the potty-even at Wal-Mart! She still wears a daiper at night to sleep, because she dosen't wake up, but if she has a diaper on before she falls asleep, she'll call for me and go potty on the toilet! I'm so excited to finally be finished with diapers (at least for the most part) especially stinky ones! Once she starts sleeping dry through the night we'll get rid of them for good! Hooray! Great Job Madison! I'm so proud of you! Now you really are a big girl-definately not a baby anymore!

Holy Cow! I am SERIOUSLY impressed!!! I need to have you come over in a few months and potty train Lis. How in the world did you potty train her so young?! I obviously have no experience but thought you weren't even supposed to bother until like three years old. Wow, there's light at the end of the tunnel, no more diapers...congrats :)

We don't even bother until they're 3. See, I knew she was a teenager trapped in a little body! :) She's growing too fast!

SHUT UP! That is awesome!
I do remember, when I worked in a daycare, there were little girls that were potty trained at 18 months. It can happen, but only if they're ready. Looks like Madison was definitely ready.
I guess this means #2 will be coming soon? haha :)

Wow!! I had to seriously stop and think about when her birthday was to remember exactly how old she is! That is amazing and must be so nice for you!

I'm super jealous but also encouraged. My niece (that is here all day) in 25 months old, and goes 'potty' really inconsistently to the point that it drives me crazy, and i am ready most days to quit trying. my jenna is just a few months younger than your madison, so maybe i should just train them together... i would LOVE to only have one set of diapers by the time baby comes in may and not 3!!!!
